TCB was formed in 2004 with the purpose to help develop life and baseball skills of high school and college players. Cyclone players develop life skills which are required to be successful in any life experience. Our high school program has had several players move on and participate at the collegiate level. The summer collegiate program provides opportunity for these players to improve baseball skills and to create additional opportunity. We are proud 3 Texas Cyclone alumnus were drafted by MLB teams in 2016.

2017 Summer Season
New and exciting for 2017 season include the affiliation with the MLB Alumni and the area MLB Scouts. With the addition of these strategic partners, we will be able to provide indepth player evaluation and development not seen in any other amateur level league or program. With the help of MLB experienced evaluators, instructors, scouts, and trainers, the HCSL is primed to become a premiere player development league which allows collegiate programs and coaches to receive updates throughout the summer.
The HCSL will also expand on the live broadcasting of games, to include the live streaming of weekly highlighted games through Dr. Michael Prince and the Open Mic Broadcast Network (OBN-Radio).
